RGS PC was founded by Rich Ferrucci in August, 1998, while on summer break from high school.

When first starting out, RGS PC focused on customers within 5-10 miles of Ferrucci’s home.  Shortly after, he and a few friends began building computers and selling the custom built PCs, as well as hardware and accessories at computer shows from North Jersey down through Delaware.

By 2001, RGS PC focused primarily in selling memory and memory upgrades at extremely affordable rates, while at the same time beginning to form what shaped the future of the business.  Ferrucci began taking on networking, programming and tech support calls while at the same time beginning to do software training for consumers and businesses.  Due to a family venture in 2002, Ferrucci since became an expert in software and front desk training in the beauty industry.

Most of RGS PC’s clients today consist of website designs and hair salons / spas.  Of course, no job is too large or too small for RGS PC.  The company always has been an always will be in the business of serving customers in all fields.

In 2008, Rich Ferrucci Payroll Service was added to service payroll for local, small-businesses. RGS PC was renamed as "Rich Ferrucci Design & Consulting" to more appropriately define the business and its services.
